When will my order ship? 
We usually ship all our orders the same day (M-F) the order was placed. We have a 99.9% same day shipping rate if the order is placed before 5.00PM Est.  
Please note that an order placed on Friday after 5.00 PM Est. will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days. 

How long will it take after my order ships? 
Our single zone Ground shipping option may take from 1 to 2 business days. We shipped from five different locations across the US. We will ship your order from the closest distribution center to you which means it will arrive sooner than expected. You can always track your order on the carrier’s website we used to ship your order with the tracking # we will provide you with.  
How much is shipping? 
All shipping cost is FREE.on orders $50.00 or more, orders below $50.00 is flat rate of $8.50 (Except if you need special overnight delivery. e.g Am delivery). Please call or request a call back after you place your order for overnight shipping cost or use our FedEx overnight options( These shipping conditions does not apply to bulky items like printers or copiers weight over 25 lbs). For bulky items the shipping can be FREE or low cost depends on how soon you need your package.

How do I get my order tracking number? 
The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can check thewww.gttoner.com  online order status. 

Can you send my order COD?  

Due to high costs associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD.
